B2C XL Terms and Conditions
Article 1 Definitions
1. B2C XL: B2C XL is an interactive website and application of O Four O Colours Media S.L., registered with the Chamber of Commerce (CoC) under the number B16608861 Spain. VAT number ES B16608861.
2. End User: The person who visits the B2C XL interactive website and application and or uses the services and or products offered by B2C XL.
Article 2 Applicability
1 – These general conditions apply to and are the basis for all agreements and any other legal acts, site visits and site uses and apply between B2C XL and end user.
2 – B2C XL is entitled to amend or supplement these general terms and conditions at any time.
3 – By visiting the website B2C XL, accessing and using the information provided through this web application, the end user agrees automatically to these terms and conditions.
4 – B2C XL reserves the right to change the terms, the conditions, and the messages of the offered services.
5 – If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining conditions will remain unaffected. B2C XL will adopt a new provision to replace the void / nullified provision, taking the scope of the invalid / void provision into account as much as possible as also the original intent.
Article 3 Services
1 – B2C XL provides an interactive website and application through which a consumer can find a venue who is an advertiser on the website. B2C XL has therefore only a facilitating role and cannot be held responsible for the content of the individual advertiser.
2 – B2C XL and the services offered through B2C XL are accessible to any person of 16 years or older.
3 – B2C XL cannot be held liable for advice and the content of the advertiser given by advertisers on the website.
4 – Both advertiser and end user are responsible for the use and management of his or her account and associated log-in which is delivered by email. The end user must enter a correct and accurate e-mail address with his or her account on B2C XL.
5 – B2C XL will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the electronic transfer of data and creates a secure web environment for both end users and advertiseres.
6 – Complaints regarding the operation and content of B2C XL should be submitted using the contact form.
Article 4 Advertising & References
1 – The advertiser has to write a true, honest and realistic description about the venue they are advertising on the website. The advertiser guarantees that the reference information is provided in good faith and in a true reference and indemnify safeguards B2C XL for any claim from a third party in respect thereof.
2 – An advertisement about a venue must adhere to the following conditions: – all pictures must be a true reflection of the venue; – the main picture must be a high quality picture of minimum 1200 x 750 dpi; the format of other pictures should be minimum 750 x 500 dpi; (only professional pictures are accepted) – a reference may not contain defamatory, vulgar, obscene, racially or unethical language; – a reference may not contain any personal information; – a reference may not contain links and / or scripts.
3 – The advertiser is responsible that all pictures and images used on their company profile are cleared of copyrights and B2C XL can not be held responsible.
Article 5 Privacy Policy and Personal Data
1 – This section informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.
2 – B2C XL processes personal data of end users and advertisers for the purposes of the implementation of the services and related activities, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
3 – B2C XL uses your Personal Information only for providing and improving the website. By using the website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

5 – Uploaded files that contain viruses corrupted or software or programs that may damage the operation of your computer will not be accepted.
Article 7 Cookies
